Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a SundayReady account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
SundayReady provides AI-assisted kids ministry curriculum generation tools for churches and ministry volunteers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each account is for a single church or ministry organization.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
SundayReady offers monthly subscription plans. Credits refresh monthly and up to 4 unused credits roll over to the following month. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@sundayready.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Generated Content
The curriculum content generated through SundayReady is yours to use for your ministry. You may print, edit, and distribute it freely within your church or organization. You may not resell or redistribute generated content as your own curriculum product.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SundayReady only for lawful purposes and only to generate content for legitimate ministry use. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
SundayReady uses AI to generate curriculum content. While we instruct the system to produce accurate, Bible-based content, all generated content should be reviewed before use. Always verify scripture references before teaching.
9. Limitation of Liability
SundayReady is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
